This not about WRC cars, but new generation S2000 cars.
The decision of FIA to still call these cars Super 2000 makes things confused.
Until 2010, you had 2,0l turbocharged World Rally Cars and 2,0l N/A Super 2000 cars.
From 2011, old WRC cars ar not allowed anymore.
Old 2,0l N/A S2000 are still allowed, but newly built S2000 cars must have a 1,6l turbocharged engine with a 30mm restrictor.
New WRC cars must be built as an upgrade of these new-gen S2000. World Rally Cars differentiate by a 33mm restrictor and an aerodynamic kit.
Fiesta S2000 #42 is the last one with a 2,0l N/A engine. From now on, M-Sport will only build and sell 1,6l turbocharged Fiesta S2000s. This is what we're talking about.
Concerning World Rally Cars, M-Sport should only build 10 of them for this year. And they are already assigned. Only Ipatec Racing (Kuipers family) will get a customer car by the end of the year.
And Citroën will only build 5 cars. They should also have 1,6l S2000 DS3s as required by homologation, but they will probably never sell them.
